The Knight's of Columbus Spaghetti Dinner that was held on Saturday Jan 28th was deemed a success. It is estimated that around 400 plus dinners were served and around $2,500.00 to be donated to the St. Anthony Building Fund for the new Community Center. I wish to "Thank" all of the Knights that spent time helping to put this event on. A special "Thanks" goes to Anne Robinson for all of her hard work in helping to make this dinner a success and for getting volunteers to help set-up, take down and serve throughout the day. A big "Thanks" to St. Vincent de Paul and Tom Bohan for helping with the food acquisition, it really helped out. The Knights that helped, Steve Kramer, Bob Koebor, Kevin Guenther, Nickolas Guenther, Josh Paloma, Chris Pentrelli, Bob Freuler and his wife, Ron Boyce, John Perona, Mike and Doris Wilcoxen on the money table. Bob Davis and all of his Cub Scouts, who helped clear the tables. Kitchen help was provided by Al Tabayoyon, LaDonna and Evan Tabayoyon along with Scott Young, Justin Hays and last but not least, Tom Hays, who all started helping me make sandwiches around 10:00 in the morning for the Confirmation class, and did not leave until the last thing was done.<br />
